ImgPhotoEditor Refund Policy

Generation credits

When an accepted generation fails before ImgPhotoEditor stores a usable output, the system automatically attempts to return the credits charged for that task. The refund is idempotent, so retries cannot create duplicate credits. A successful output is not refundable merely because its style or quality did not match a subjective expectation.

One-time Credit Packs

An entirely unused Credit Pack may be eligible for a full payment refund if you contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. Packs with any consumed credits are normally non-refundable. If a refund or chargeback is issued, unused credits from that purchase are revoked. If purchased credits were already spent, the account may carry a VIP credit debt and generation may be paused until it is resolved.

Subscriptions

You can cancel renewal at any time in the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period; it does not automatically refund the current period. Subscription payments are normally non-refundable once monthly credits have been delivered or used. We may approve refunds required by law or for a verified duplicate charge or billing error.

How to request review

Email [email protected] from your account email with the Stripe receipt or order ID, purchase date, and reason. Do not send card numbers. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing time is outside our control. This Policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
